  • Refund Policy
    This Refund Policy (published at myicons.co/pro/refund-policy) explains how refunds and cancellations work for Myicons subscriptions. It forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Myicons License Agreement (myicons.co/pro/licensing-agreement). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the License Agreement.

    By purchasing or using a Myicons subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
  • 1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
    Myicons is provided as a subscription to digital products (the Myicons Figma plugin and the web library at myicons.co/pro/). Payments for Myicons subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy.
    Myicons provides non-tangible, digital products, not services. Once a license key is issued and the products are made available to you, we cannot "un-send" or revoke access to digital assets you have already received. For this reason, and except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy, we do not issue refunds simply because:

    • you changed your mind;
    • you purchased by mistake or purchased the wrong plan;
    • you no longer need the product;
    • you did not use the product after purchase; or
    • you do not have sufficient technical knowledge or expertise to use the product.
  • 2. Cancelling Your Subscription
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

    • you will not be charged again at the next renewal;
    • your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then;
    • after that period ends, your paid access stops and your account reverts to the free tier (Myicons Free).
    We do not charge cancellation or early-termination fees. Cancelling simply stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current or any past billing period.
    • Icons already embedded into End Products you created during an active subscription remain licensed under the terms of the License Agreement after cancellation.
  • 3. No Partial or Prorated Refunds
    We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, for unused seats, or for downgrading your plan mid-term. If you paid for an annual term, cancelling mid-term does not refund the unused months.
  • 4. Automatic Renewal
    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

    If we change the price of your plan, we will give you advance notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect; the new price will not apply until your next renewal.
  • 5. Exception: Critical Technical Problems
    If, within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, you experience a critical technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Myicons products, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact us, you may be entitled to a refund for that purchase.

  • 5. Exception: Critical Technical Problems
    If, within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, you experience a critical technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Myicons products, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact us, you may be entitled to a refund for that purchase.

  • 6. How Refunds Are Processed
    Payments for Myicons are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • 7. Your Statutory Rights
    Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where the law grants you a statutory right to a refund or withdrawal, that right applies in addition to this Policy.

    Where the law permits, by activating or downloading Myicons products immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin providing the digital products right away and acknowledge that this may affect any statutory "cooling-off" or withdrawal right for digital content already delivered.
  • 8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at myicons.co@gmail.com so we can review your request. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us — particularly after you have already received and activated your license key — may be treated as a breach of the License Agreement. In such cases we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the associated license and seats while the dispute is resolved.
  • 9. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. The version in effect at the time of your most recent purchase or renewal applies to that purchase.
